Initializes a new instance of the [PngSettings](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_PngSettings.htm.md) class specifying whether image is interlaced.

 - isInterlaced
     - Type: System.Boolean
 `true` the image is interlaced; otherwise, `false`. You can change it later through the [IsInterlaced](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_PngSettings_IsInterlaced.htm.md) property.
