# PsdReader.MergeLayers Method 
 
Creates a merged copy of all visible layers.

public Bitmap MergeLayers()

### Return Value
A [Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Bitmap.htm.md) containing a merged copy of all visible layers.
 
## Remarks
 This method is useful when a source PSD image does not contain a merged copy of its layers (i.e. the [MergedImageFrame](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_Psd_PsdReader_MergedImageFrame.htm.md) returns null).
