The Uri of the namespace to add.

 - prefix
     - Type: System.String
The prefix of the namespace to add.
 
### Return Value
A new [XmpNamespace](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_XmpNamespace.htm.md) added to the collection.
