# CustomFontRegistry.AddFontAlias Method 
 
Adds an extra postscript-name-like lookup key to an already-registered font.

## Syntax

public bool AddFontAlias(string postscriptName,string alias
)
```
 
### Parameters
 
 - postscriptName
     - Type: System.String
The postscript name of an already-registered font.

 - alias
     - Type: System.String
The alias to register for that font.
 
### Return Value
 `true` if the alias was added; `false` if postscriptName does not resolve to any registered font.
