# Path.Inflate Method (Single, LineJoin)

**Applies to:** Graphics Mill 12.1, 6.x-12.x (may differ)
 
Grows or shrinks every closed region of the path by the specified distance, with the specified corner style.

public void Inflate(float delta,LineJoin lineJoin
)

### Parameters
 
 - delta
     - Type: System.Single
The distance. A positive value grows the regions, a negative value shrinks them.

 - lineJoin
     - Type: [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Drawing.LineJoin](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_LineJoin.htm.md)
The style of the corners.

 The miter limit is 2, the arc tolerance is 0.1, and the filling rule is [NonZero](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_FillingRule.htm.md). // Grow the shapes by 8 units. Shapes closer than 16 units merge.
