# Path.Rectangle Method (RectangleF)

Creates a new [Path](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_Path.htm.md) shaped as a rectangle defined by the specified RectangleF.

## Remarks
  
Unlike [DrawRectangle(RectangleF)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_Path_DrawRectangle_1_a73b99d3.htm.md), which adds a rectangle segment to an existing path, this static method returns a new, standalone [Path](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_Path.htm.md).
