Renders a PSD file to an image file with the given settings.

PSD file to render.

 - outPath

Path to the image file to save rendering result to.

 - writerSettings
     - Type: [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Codecs.WriterSettings](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_WriterSettings.htm.md)
Settings of the output stream.
