Gets or sets a palette entry at the specified index.

The zero-based index of the entry to get or set. It should vary in range [0, [entries count](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_ColorPalette_Count.htm.md) - 1].
