Gets the collection of colors to use when rasterizing to an indexed-color bitmap.

 This collection is only used when the target [PixelFormat](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_PixelFormat.htm.md) is an indexed pixel format.
