Gets a 16bppSpot pixel format.

A [PixelFormat](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_PixelFormat.htm.md) representing 16 bits per pixel spot color.
 
## Remarks
  
All 16 bits are used for the spot color level (extended pixel format); layout-wise this is identical to [Format16bppGrayscale](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_PixelFormat_Format16bppGrayscale.htm.md). An image using this pixel format requires an associated [Ink](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Ink.htm.md) to define the spot color.
