# AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs Constructor 
 
Creates and initializes new [AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs.htm.md) object.

### Parameters
 
 - bitmap
     - Type: [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Bitmap.htm.md)
An instance of the [Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Bitmap.htm.md) class containing the bitmap in the current frame. You can change it later using the [Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs_Bitmap.htm.md) property.

 - frameIndex
     - Type: [System.Int32](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/td2s409d)
An integer value specifying the index of the current frame. You can change it later using the [FrameIndex](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs_FrameIndex.htm.md) property.

 - time
     - Type: [System.Int32](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/td2s409d)
An integer value specifying the timing of the current frame (measured in 1/100 of seconds). You can change it later using the [Time](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs_Time.htm.md) property.

 - intermediateFrame
     - Type: [System.Boolean](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/a28wyd50)
A [Boolean](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/a28wyd50) value indicating whether the current frame is intermediate. You can change it later using the [IntermediateFrame](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_AviDrawWatermarkEventArgs_IntermediateFrame.htm.md) property.
