# WbmpReader Constructor (Stream)
 
Creates and initializes new [WbmpReader](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_WbmpReader.htm.md) class instance. It also opens this reader on specified stream.
