# XmpValueNode Constructor (XmpNodeType, String, XmpNamespace, String)
 
Creates and initializes a new [XmpValueNode](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_XmpValueNode.htm.md) instance using a specified namespace.

Value to be stored in the node.

Namespace to which the new node belongs.

 - name
