# Font Constructor (Font, Single, Single)
 
Creates new [Font](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_Font.htm.md) class instance. This constructor copies font settings from given [System.Drawing.Font](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/hcb9kaf8) class instance. You can also specify resolution here (necessary if you are using units other than [Pixel](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Unit.htm.md)).

### Parameters
 
 - font
     - Type: [System.Drawing.Font](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/hcb9kaf8)
 [System.Drawing.Font](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/hcb9kaf8) class instance which is used to take settings from.

 - horizontalResolution
     - Type: [System.Single](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3www918f)
Horizontal resolution (dots per inch - DPI). You can change this value later through property [HorizontalResolution](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_UnitConverterObject_HorizontalResolution.htm.md).

 - verticalResolution
     - Type: [System.Single](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3www918f)
Vertical resolution (dots per inch - DPI). You can change this value later through property [VerticalResolution](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_UnitConverterObject_VerticalResolution.htm.md).
