# LayerChangedEventArgs Constructor 
 
Creates and initializes a new [LayerChangedEventArgs](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_LayerChangedEventArgs.htm.md) instance using the provided settings.
