# PrintPlaceholder Constructor (Bitmap, String, String, Point, Size)
 
Creates and initializes new [PrintPlaceholder](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_PrintPlaceholder.htm.md) class instance and initialize all its members.

 - image
     - Type: [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Bitmap.htm.md)
The [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Bitmap.htm.md) class instance containing the image which should be printed in this placeholder. You can change it later using [Image](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_PrintPlaceholder_Image.htm.md) property.

 - header
     - Type: [System.String](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/s1wwdcbf)
The header text for the placeholder. You can change it later using [Header](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_PrintPlaceholder_Header.htm.md) property.

 - footer
     - Type: [System.String](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/s1wwdcbf)
The footer text for the placeholder. You can change it later using [Footer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_PrintPlaceholder_Footer.htm.md) property.

 - location
     - Type: [System.Drawing.Point](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/bk9hwzbw)
The location of the top left corner of the placeholder on the page. You can change it later using [Location](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_PrintPlaceholder_Location.htm.md) property.

 - size
     - Type: [System.Drawing.Size](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/bfwt6fe5)
