# CanvasViewer.ControlToWorkspace Method (PointF)
 
Translates point coordinates from the control-related coordinate system to the workspace-related one.

Point coordinates in the control coordinate system.
 
### Return Value
The [PointF](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/ckys1c1e) value which represents point coordinates in the workspace coordinate system.
