# Bitmap.Abort Method 
 
Aborts currently running operation.

## Remarks
 After you stop the operation with this method, the operation throws [AbortedException](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_AbortedException.htm.md).
