# Bitmap.Create Method (Bitmap)
 
Discards old bitmap data and creates new bitmap from another bitmap.

### Parameters
 
 - bitmap
     - Type: [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Bitmap](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Bitmap.htm.md)
Bitmap from which all data is copied to the current bitmap.
