# ExifDictionary.GetItemInfo Method 
 
Returns the information about the EXIF item by the key.

### Parameters
 
 - key
     - Type: [System.Object](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/e5kfa45b)
The key to get the information for. Must be one of predefined keys (see static fields of [ExifDictionary](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_ExifDictionary.htm.md) and [IptcDictionary](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_IptcDictionary.htm.md)).
 
### Return Value
An [ExifItemInfo](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Codecs_ExifItemInfo.htm.md) structure that contains the information about the item.
