# XmpNamespace.AddNamespace Method 
 
Adds a namespace to the collection of namespaces.

 **Assembly:** Aurigma.GraphicsMill (in Aurigma.GraphicsMill.dll)

 - uri

Namespace URI.

 - prefix
     - Type: [System.String](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/s1wwdcbf)
Namespace prefix.
 
### Return Value
Namespace added to the collection.
