# Color.FromCmyk Method 
 
Returns [CmykColor](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_CmykColor.htm.md) class instance constructed from all 4 color channels (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black).

## Syntax

Public Shared Function FromCmyk ( _cyan As Byte, _magenta As Byte, _yellow As Byte, _black As Byte _
) As CmykColor

public static CmykColor FromCmyk(byte cyan,byte magenta,byte yellow,byte black
)
```
 
### Parameters
 
 - cyan
     - Type: [System.Byte](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/yyb1w04y)
Cyan channel value.

 - magenta
     - Type: [System.Byte](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/yyb1w04y)
Magenta channel value.

 - yellow
     - Type: [System.Byte](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/yyb1w04y)
Yellow channel value.

 - black
     - Type: [System.Byte](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/yyb1w04y)
Black channel value.
 
### Return Value
 [CmykColor](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_CmykColor.htm.md) class instance constructed from given channels.
 
## Remarks
 You can also use extended version of this method, i.e. [FromCmyk32(Int32, Int32, Int32, Int32)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromCmyk32_4_951ae041.htm.md). If you need also supply alpha channel, you can use [FromAcmyk(Byte, Byte, Byte, Byte, Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromAcmyk_5_d5cef10c.htm.md) method.
