# GdiGraphics.IntersectClip Method (Region)
 
Updates the clip region of this [GdiGraphics](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_GdiGraphics.htm.md) by intersecting it with given [Region](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3x5499zt).

### Parameters
 
 - clipRegion
     - Type: [System.Drawing.Region](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3x5499zt)
 [Region](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3x5499zt) structure which specifies the rectangular area to intersect with the clip region.
 
## Remarks
  
**Note** 
Unlike most methods of [GdiGraphics](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Drawing_GdiGraphics.htm.md), the coordinates of the [Region](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3x5499zt) are measured in pixels (not in in units specified with [Unit](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_UnitConverterObject_Unit.htm.md) property).
