# TransformsProvider.Blur Method (Single, BlurType)
 
Applies blur filter on the bitmap.

 - radius
     - Type: [System.Single](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/3www918f)
A positive value which specifies blur radius.

 - type
     - Type: [Aurigma.GraphicsMill.Transforms.BlurType](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Transforms_BlurType.htm.md)
A member of [BlurType](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Transforms_BlurType.htm.md) enumeration specifying blur type.
