Gets the state of the specified method.

An integer value that specifies an index of the method.
 
### Return Value
 [QueueItemMethodState](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WinControls_QueueItemMethodState.htm.md) value that specifies whether the method was started, finished, or never launched.
