Gets/sets the rubberband rectangle.

The rubberband rectangle.
 
## Remarks
  
Rectangle values (left, top, width and height) are measured in the coordinates of the content associated with the [BaseViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_AjaxControls_BaseViewer.htm.md) where it is displayed.
