Gets the tiff:DateTime tag.

tiff:DateTime tag.
 
## Remarks
  
TIFF tag 306, 0x132 (primary) and EXIF tag 37520, 0x9290 (subseconds). Belongs to the EXIF schema for TIFF properties.
