Gets/sets a rubberband rectangle.

A rubberband rectangle.
 
## Remarks
  
Rectangle values (left, top, width and height) are measured in the coordinates of the bitmap associated with the [BitmapViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_WebControls_BitmapViewer.htm.md) where it is displayed.
