# RectangleRubberband.movable Property 
 
Gets/sets a value which specifies whether the rubberband rectangle can be dragged on the [BaseViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_J_GraphicsMill_BaseViewer.htm.md) control.

The value which specifies whether the rubberband rectangle can be dragged on the [BaseViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_J_GraphicsMill_BaseViewer.htm.md) control.
