# RectangleRubberband.resizeMode Property 
 
Gets/sets the allowed resize mode for the rubberband rectangle.

### Property Value
The [ResizeMode](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_J_GraphicsMill_ResizeMode.htm.md) enumeration member that specifies an allowed resize mode for the rubberband rectangle.
 
## Remarks
  
When [proportional](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_J_GraphicsMill_ResizeMode.htm.md) resize mode is used, you can specify the required aspect ratio of the rectangle using [ratio](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_J_GraphicsMill_RectangleRubberband_ratio.htm.md) property.
 
This property corresponds to [RectangleRubberband.ResizeMode](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_AjaxControls_RectangleRubberband_ResizeMode.htm.md) server-side member.
