# Color Class
 
This is a base class for color values used in Graphics Mill for .NET.

## Remarks
  
This is a base class for all colors in Graphics Mill for .NET. It can be used as a class factory - you can create [RgbColor](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_RgbColor.htm.md) with [FromRgb(Byte, Byte, Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromRgb_3_6e8d960c.htm.md), [FromArgb(Byte, Byte, Byte, Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromArgb_4_ef9e6d81.htm.md) methods, and its siblings; [CmykColor](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_CmykColor.htm.md) with [FromCmyk(Byte, Byte, Byte, Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromCmyk_4_ef9e6d81.htm.md), [FromAcmyk(Byte, Byte, Byte, Byte, Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromAcmyk_5_d5cef10c.htm.md), etc; [GrayScaleColor](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_GrayScaleColor.htm.md) with [FromGrayScale(Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromGrayScale_1_846cbb0c.htm.md), [FromAGrayScale(Byte, Byte)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_FromAGrayScale_2_db855281.htm.md), etc. Also there are extended analogues, which have a suffix 32.
 
Also you can get components (channels) by index using [GetChannel(Int32)](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/M_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_CmykColor_GetChannel_1_e1836fc4.htm.md) method. A number of components can be returned by [ChannelCount](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/P_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_Color_ChannelCount.htm.md) property.
