# BaseViewer Class
 
This client-side class corresponds to the [BaseViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gm5/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_AjaxControls_BaseViewer.htm.md) server-side control and gives an opportunity to obtain access to its primary members in JavaScript.

## Syntax

GraphicsMill.BaseViewer = function();

Type.createClass('GraphicsMill.BaseViewer',Sys.UI.Control);
```
 
## Remarks
  
All the client-side classes intended to display some content in a browser are inherited from this class.
 
BaseViewer is an abstract class which implements common functionality for content viewer controls. You cannot instantiate objects of this class directly.
