# BaseViewer.LoadPostData Method

Processes the postback data for the [BaseViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gmwc/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_AjaxControls_BaseViewer.htm.md) control.

### Parameters
 
 - postDataKey
     - Type: [System..String](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/s1wwdcbf)
The index within the posted collection that references the content to load.

 - postCollection
     - Type: [System.Collections.Specialized..NameValueCollection](http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/689y5thy)
The collection posted to the server.
 
### Return Value
 **true** if the posted content is different from the last posting; otherwise, **false**.
 
## Remarks
  
The LoadPostData(String, NameValueCollection) method is used primarily by control developers.
 
The LoadPostData(String, NameValueCollection) method checks if the postback data of the [BaseViewer](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gmwc/T_Aurigma_GraphicsMill_AjaxControls_BaseViewer.htm.md) control is different from its previous value, and if so, loads the content and returns **true**.
