Gets/sets the aspect ratio of the rubberband rectangle which should be preserved when [resizeMode](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gmwc/P_J_GraphicsMill_RectangleRubberband_resizeMode.htm.md) is [proportional](https://www.graphicsmill.com/docs/gmwc/T_J_GraphicsMill_ResizeMode.htm.md).
