Adds the VObjectMovedCommand command to the history.

Type: Aurigma.GraphicsMill.AjaxControls.VectorObjects..VObject

The v-object that was moved.
oldVObjectIndex

An old index of this v-object.
newVObjectIndex

Type: Global..Number

A new index of this v-object.
layerIndex

Type: Global..Number

An index of the layer this v-object belongs to.
