Initializes a new instance of the SvgReader class for the specified stream, using the specified settings.

Type: System.IO.Stream
The stream that contains the SVG file.
- settings
- The settings used to read the file.
Remarks
The reader copies the settings. Changes to settings after this call do not affect the reader.
A stream has no folder, so relative image references can be loaded only with the ResolveImage callback. If the callback throws an exception, this constructor throws it.
